I have loved each and every single one of these limited edition shades she put out and I am crossing my fingers she does it again for 2016! December 2015 is a shimmering icy pastel blue with blue-green multichrome flakes that glows in the dark. The formula was AMAZING and I only needed two coats for the photo you’ll see below. Such a perfect Winter shade!
