Nicole by OPI Roughles Collection – Swatches & Review

Spring has sprung over at the NOPI headquarters! They have just released 4 pastel textured polishes which contain NO glitter or shimmer. These are definitely textures that are out of the ordinary and are going to be SO fun to wear this Spring! Let’s take a look!

Stucco On You – Pastel purple with red & blue specks. As you can see from the photo, unlike any of the other textures or liquid sands that we have seen, these don’t have any sort of sparkle to them.  Two coats were needed for full opacity and the dry time was VERY quick!

On What Grounds – Mint green with blue and black specks. This shade totally screams Spring to me! Again – two coats needed and quick dry time. 
Rock The Look – Baby pink with red & black specks. This shade makes me crave strawberry smoothies! Two coats used for the photo below. 
Sand In My Shoe – Pastel yellow with red & orange specks. Am I crazy to say that this was my favorite out of all 4? There is just something so different and unique about it! Perfect Easter manicure in my opinion! Photo below shows two coats. 
Overall, I am LOVING the Roughles collection and I hope they end up releasing additional shades! When I first saw swatches, I wasn’t sure that I was going to like them, but using them for myself – I was so wrong! 
They all went on nicely in two coats and I didn’t have any trouble removing them from the nail. These will definitely be making an appearance in my Spring wardrobe! 
What are your thoughts on the Roughles collection? Interesting enough to hunt down?
