I knew when I woke up this morning, I probably wouldn’t have a weight loss. I ended up having dinner with Chris on Friday and I went out this weekend with my mom and grandma for our monthly dinner outing. So of course I ate scallops & pasta & had wine. (And maybe a margarita. Oops. ) I didn’t gain or lose anything so I’m not terribly upset that I went out and enjoyed myself.
Even though I didn’t lose anything this week, I still feel great! My energy level is still pretty high and I have had people tell me I look thinner. So that’s pretty awesome all in itself.
Back on track this week and I’m hoping I can finally hit my 10lb weight loss goal!
