If you know me by now, you know blush is my weakness. But you know what’s an even bigger weakness? LORAC products. Put the two together and it’s pure bliss. I had high expectations for this new Unzipped Cheek Palette and it lives up to every single one of them! Let’s take a closer look!
The LORAC Unzipped Cheek Palette, which contains 2 matte & 2 shimmer blushes, retails for $30 and also comes with an ultra pigmented Alter Ego lipstick in the shade Girl Next Door. All of the blushes are 0.42 oz and pack quite the punch pigmentation wise. I would highly recommend using a light hand or even a stipple brush (My favorite is from ELF) to apply these.
Shades Include :
Underrated – Light medium pink with a matte finish.
Unashamed – Bright light / medium blue based pink with a matte finish
Unapologetic – Medium brown with a slight golden sheen
Unimaginable – Light / medium peach shimmer
I am VERY much impressed by the pigmentation on all of these. They are all so soft, so easy to blend and look beautiful on the cheeks. If you’re a huge fan of LORAC shadows, you absolutely need this palette in your life. Plus, it’s so cute and compact and would make the perfect travel companion!
I really love the fact they included different finishes in this palette. Unapologetic can definitely be used for a blush or for a sun kissed bronze glow. I have been using Unimaginable as a highlight on my cheekbones and it’s gorgeous!
As far as the lipstick goes, it’s okay. I find this line to be very drying on my lips so I probably will be passing it along to someone else. It’s a nice bonus, but not something I will go out and purchase additional shades of.

Too bad the Alter Ego lipsticks are drying coz I love that Girl Next Door shade, but my lips are so dry to begin with.

This looks awesome! I especially like the Barbie pink one – unabashed. That is totally one I would rock!
I love this palette as well, the quality of each blush was not compromised at all with the low price tag. I feel the same about the lipstick though, it was so dry and the color on me was awful! At least the blushes make up for it!

I would wear the heck out of Underrated and Unimaginable. The lipstick color is lovely, too, but unless it’s a matte it’s got no excuse to be drying

What a gorgeous blush palette!
I have one Alter Ego lipstick, and it sucks all the moisture out of my lips. Their matte crayons are sooo much nicer. This blush palette looks like a winner! I love most Lorac products, too.

I bought this palette when it first came out and I use it everyday over all my other blushes! I use the two bottom shades for a natural everyday look. Such good quality blush!
