The Polish Bar Winter 2014 Collection – Swatches & Review

Hi friends! It has been SO long since I have swatched polish – oh em gee! But here we are with the 2014 Winter collection from The Polish Bar! This 5 piece collection contains 3 beautiful holos and 2 jelly holos with added glitters. Let’s take a look!

Star Voyage – Berry linear holographic. I used three thin coats for the photo below. Application was pretty easy to work with and the shade built up nicely!

Starlight – Silver linear holo. I ended up using three thin coats for this photo as well. This is such a beautiful shade!

Mystic Sky – Deep blue linear holo. I ended up using two coats for the photo, but when I was photographing realized one more thin one would have worked.

Dream Galaxy – Blue / purple jelly holo with a nice mixture of purple, teal & fuchsia hex glitters. This was SO easy to use and apply. The glitters came out perfectly and applied flat on the nail. Photo below shows three thin coats.

Cosmic Sea – Green jelly holo with purple, green & pink hex glitters. Photo below shows three thin coats.

Overall, this is such a beautiful collection from The Polish Bar! Just keep in mind that all 5 shades do need at least 3 thin coats in order to get full opacity without seeing any VNL. Other than that, I had no application issues!
