Color Secrets Professional Nail Lacquer – Swatches & Review

Happy Friday! Recently I got the opportunity to test out and swatch some shades from Color Secrets Professional and I have to say I am highly impressed. They definitely don’t get as much love as they should – I would LOVE to see them featured in a Wantable or Ipsy bag! Nail guru’s need to know about them asap!

Besides the fact that they have an enormous color range, all of their shades are named after famous movies.  So if you’re a movie buff, these are so perfect for your collection! Let’s jump into the 9 shades I have to share with you today!

Great Expectations – Lime chartreuse green cream. This is one of my favorite shades to wear during warmer months! The formula was extremely creamy and easy to work with. Photo below shows two coats.

Into The Blue – Bold blue cream. Another creamy and easy to work with formula. My only issue with this one is I had it on for less than 5 minutes and it completely stained my skin & nails. Try explaining to your 3 year old why you’re using toothpaste & a toothbrush to clean your nail. Hah! Other than that, it’s a stunning shade!
Legally Blonde – Hot pink cream. This is the perfect name for this shade! Everything about it definitely screams ‘Elle Woods’ – Photo below shows two creamy coats. 
Love Actually – Deep red shimmer.  Gorgeous shade for date night! Photo below shows two coats. 
Romeo & Juliet – Rose metallic shimmer. I LOVE this one! I was afraid there would be brush strokes while applying, but there wasn’t! It applied perfectly in two coats. 
Sixteen Candles – Light nude cream. You can never have too many nude polishes – especially if you’re into nail art! This would make a perfect base! Photo below shows two coats. 
Sound Of Music –  Coral / orange cream. Another great shade for Summer! Photo below shows two coats. 
The Proposal –  Rosey pink cream.  Such a work appropriate shade. Photo below shows two coats. 
Titanic – Sea green shimmer. Clearly I saved the best for last! Hands down – my FAVORITE shade I received! Photo below shows two coats.

Overall, I really enjoyed these shades from Color Secrets! I think the formula is absolutely wonderful and for the price of $3.99 – you can’t beat it! Right now they are currently running a Summer sale – Buy one get 50% off!
