OPI Brazil Collection – Spring / Summer 2014 Swatches & Review

Hi guys! With today’s dreary rainy weather, I thought it would be PERFECT to share the new Spring / Summer Brazil collection from OPI!  This collection is made up of 12 shades (Most of them are creams) and 4 liquid sands (I’ll have those up soon!) Let’s get started!

Amazon..Amazoff – Teal with a slight pearl shimmer throughout. This is definitely a stand out in the collection for me! The formula was super creamy and opaque. Photo below shows two coats. 

Don’t Bossa Nova Me Around – Pinky nude cream. LOVE this shade! It’s a great palette cleanser for your nails! Formula was creamy & opaque. Photo below shows two coats. 

I Just Can’t Cope-acabana – Bright yellow cream. The formula on this was just okay. I found it to be very streaky on the first coat and even using a second barely evened out. It’s a gorgeous yellow shade nonetheless! Photo below shows two coats. 

I Sao Paulo Over There – Brown taupe cream. Another great formula. Very creamy & easy to work with. Photo below shows two coats. 

Kiss Me I’m Brazilian – Bright pink cream.  Good formula – No complaints at all with this one! Photo below shows two coats. 

Live.Love.Carnival – Bright coral cream. Gorgeous gorgeous shade! So hard to capture it true to color, but I promise you it is a stunner in person! Very creamy and opaque formula. Photo below shows two coats. 

Next Stop.. The Bikini Zone – Green / purple duochrome. This one was pretty sheer on it’s own, but would look fabulous paired over a darker shade! Formula was a bit thin. I ended up using three coats for the photo below. 

Red Hot Rio – Red crelly. I wouldn’t classify this as a cream shade at all. It was a tad bit squishy and had pretty easy application. Photo below shows two coats. 

OPI Scores A Goal – Dark purple / reddish cream. Jen from The Polishaholic described this color as ‘Raisin’ and I’m pretty sure that’s about right. I didn’t have any formula issues. Photo below shows two coats. 

Taupe-less Beach – Light greyish taupe cream. This is definitely another favorite of mine. Perfect base for nail art! Formula was super creamy and opaque. Photo below shows two coats. 

Toucan Do It If You Try – Orange / coral cream. Great formula on this! Super creamy and easy to apply. Two coats were used for the photo below. 

Where Did Suzi’s Man-Go? – Light orange / mango cream. How pretty is this orange color? Totally a wearable shade for me! Great formula! Photo below shows two coats. 

If you LOVE a great cream polish, this is the collection for you! There are some amazing bases that would be perfect for the nail art guru as well. OPI nailed it with the Brazil collection for sure!

    Fantastic swatches. 🙂 I love this collection. So much that I bought all but two of them. And I am thinking that I should get Red Hot Rio. Because I need more red polish. 😛

    I have Amazon/off, and it’s a stainer for me. Really bad.. so pretty, it’s almost worth it, though. I have Bikini Zone, and it’s great layered, like you said. You’re making me want the mango and raisin colors, too, and I didn’t think I’d want them!
