I chose to cut up some zucchini on this fancy Gorton’s cutting board and sautéed it in a pan with a little salt & pepper.
I quickly made up some brown rice and had a delicious and satisfying meal! It was absolutely delicious! The fish was cooked perfectly and wasn’t mushy at all.
