Good Morning everyone! Today’s first post is my weekly Nutrisystem Nation update! It’s been a heck of a week that’s for sure. There’s definitely been some ups & downs. I started the program last Monday and for the first few days was feeling GREAT! I followed everything to a T and wrote every single thing down for the entire week. I found that really helped in meal planning and to get a sense of what I was consuming for the day.
A lot of you have been asking me about the food. In my opinion, it was pretty delicious. Everyone obviously has their own thoughts on it, but I really don’t have anything negative to say about it! Here’s a few photos of some meals I had the past week!
Cereal & protein shake (The protein shakes are to DIE FOR. They are so delicious and have replaced my morning coffee!)
Mushroom Stuffed Chicken Breast, 1/2 Cup whole wheat pasta, Zucchini & Mushrooms (This was by FAR my favorite dinner of the week. That chicken was full of flavor!)
Cheesy Broccoli Mashed Potato with Spinach & Mushrooms
Broccoli Stuffed Chicken Breast with 1/2 cup brown rice, Zucchini & Squash
How awesome do those meals look!? I added in all of the veggies & carbs myself. (You must get 4 servings of veggies a day so I broke it up by having 2 for lunch and 2 for dinner)
Overall, I feel awesome. I have so much more energy and even went RUNNING yesterday. (I know. I’m shocked too)
My weigh in this morning – Down 3 pounds! I am super excited and cannot WAIT to continue another week. I’ll be back next Monday with another update! xo
