And then Friday came along and I got hit with a nasty cold. So basically Friday, Saturday, Sunday (and this morning) I have been drinking protein shakes and broth with carrots & noodles. The only NS food I have managed to get down were a few breakfast bars & cereal. It’s definitely a huge bump in the road for me and I’m hoping it passes quickly so I can get back on track. I happened to stumble upon a Facebook group that was full of helpful women who were also on Nutrisystem. Huge shout out to the ladies who have helped me get by this weekend and the ones who are quick to answer questions and offer advice!
Even after everything is all said and done, I was still down another pound this morning. Definitely a motivation to get myself better and kick this cold out the door!
