Retro Glam This is definitely my favorite collection out of the two. I love the mints and pastel colors! And I also enjoyed Sprinkles, the black & white glitter topper, the best. Let’s take a closer look at individual swatches after the collage!
Almond Bliss – Extremely creamy almond color. I absolutely LOVE this one! I love how simple it is and easy to wear. And it looks fantastic under Sprinkles. Photo below shows two coats.
Sprinkles – I’ll only write about this one once – The microfine black & white glitters were a breeze to get out of the bottle and apply on the nail. I’m not one for bar glitters, but I like how it looks with the small glitter combo!
Creamy Pistachio – Beautiful light mint green. This one was a bit thin on the first coat, but once I added a second it smoothed it out nicely. Photo below shows two coats.

Mint Chip – A darker version of Pistachio. Definitely a grassy green color in person. No issues with application on this one! Photo below shows two coats.

Strawberry Shake – Barbie bubblegum pink. I can never have too many pinks! The formula on this polish was flawless! Photo below shows two coats.

Raspberry Delight – Hot fuchsia pink – Another gorgeous color! Very pigmented and creamy. Photo below shows two coats.

That wraps it up for Retro Glam! Now let’s check out Fantastical Plumage!
This collection also consists of 5 creams and another black & white top coat called Carnival.
I wasn’t a huge fan of Carnival. I had a hard time getting out the large white hex’s and definitely had to use the dab effect to get glitters to apply onto the nail. I tried leaving the bottle upside down for a few minutes and that seemed to help a bit.
Blue Jay – Absolutely GORGEOUS electric cobalt blue. This one is so beautiful! Application was flawless. Photo below shows two coats.

Canary – Dandelion yellow that will brighten up your day! I said this earlier in another post, but these types of yellows just don’t work for my skin tone. And once again I’m bummed because I love it! Photo below shows two coats.

Peacock – Dusty aqua blue. This is a tad bit lighter than the swatch below. First application was a bit thin, but the second make it opaque! Photo below shows two coats.

Purple Martin – This name confuses me.. Can someone help? Anyways, this is a beautiful lilac purple. I’m actually surprised my camera was able to capture this color – It usually hates purples! Photo below shows two coats.

Scarlet Ibis – Tomato red / orange. I am really starting to enjoy colors like this! They are a great transition color into Fall! Application was a breeze! Photo below shows two coats.

And that wraps up both collections from Milani!
Overall, I think these are some great creams to add to your collection! They are really amazing quality and extremely affordable! Milani definitely has the BEST polish formula in the drugstore. I would probably skip out on Carnival though and just go for the Sprinkles top coat.
Which colors are you loving from these? Will you be picking any of them up when they hit stores in August?
