Ice Dancer is a holo mix of blue silver & brown glitter suspended in a a light blue base. I was able to apply 2 coats and get full coverage. No application issues at all! This totally reminds me of sparkly, glitzy costumes that an ice dancer would in fact wear! Go get you some!
