NOTD ~ Butter London *Wallis*

Hey everyone! I am SO SO excited about this NOTD post.. I know I say that in all of them.. but this one is just beyond. The polish I am wearing / reviewing today is by Butter London, and it is in the shade ‘Wallis’. If you have never heard of Butter London before, let me give you a little 411.

Butter London is famous for their 3 Free (non toxic) nail lacquers. What that means is they are free from Formaldehyde, Toluene, DBP or Parabens which can be extremely harmful. The application on these polishes is superb & the colors are SO unique. You can learn more about them at www.butterlondon.com. I just wanted to let you know a little bit about the company!

Anyways.. so moving onto the swatches. Let’s first start with the bottle on this. It’s awesome. I love the shape of it!

So basically, that’s what the bottle looks like.. BUT you lift off the cap.. and it looks like this ~

Cute right?? I think so.

WHERE do I even begin? Wallis is a blackened olive green / gold foil color that SCREAMS fall. It should have been named FALLis. ( ha ha ha) I started off with two coats.. then when I was snapping photos, I noticed it was still kind of sheer.. so I deleted them all and added another thin coat. Perfection.

I mean.. come on! Gorgeous!! I’ve heard this is a Nordstrom exclusive.. but I bought mine on zappos.. so I’m unsure how true that is.
